Pull Up Mobile Detailing (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides vehicle detailing services at customer-specified locations. While we take every precaution to ensure the highest quality of service, customers acknowledge the following:

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to the vehicle, including but not limited to scratches, dents, rust, worn materials, or mechanical/electrical issues.

Results may vary depending on the condition, age, and material of the vehicle.

We do not guarantee the complete removal of stains, odors, pet hair, or other contaminants.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that vehicles are parked in safe, legal, and accessible locations suitable for mobile detailing services.

We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, acts of God, or third-party interference.
By booking a service, the customer agrees to these terms and releases Pull Up Mobile Detailing from liability related to the above.
Terms & Conditions
1. Service Appointments: Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or approved booking platform. Customers agree to provide accurate information regarding vehicle type, condition, and service location. 2. Pricing & Payment: Prices are listed on our website but may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and location. Additional fees may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or other conditions not disclosed at booking. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee. 4. Liability|: We are not responsible for items left inside the vehicle. Customers are encouraged to remove all valuables prior to service. We are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions or customer negligence. Our liability for any proven damage caused by our service shall not exceed the cost of the service provided. 5. Customer Responsibilities: The customer must provide safe, legal, and sufficient space for our team to perform mobile detailing. Access to water and electricity may be required unless otherwise stated. 6. Warranty & Limitations: We provide services “as is” with no implied warranties beyond what is expressly stated. Long-term results depend on vehicle condition and proper care after service. 7. Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Pull Up Mobile Detailing operates.
